Składniki / Ingredients:

For cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 125 ml of oil
  • 500 g plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 apples (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


  • 1 jar of salted caramel
  • a handful of salted peanuts

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and oil. Beat with an electric mixer to combine the ingredients. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well
  • Mix chopped apples with brown sugar
  • Prepare 12 muffin cases (if they are not stiff, put them in the muffin mold). Pour a bit of batter into the bottom of the muffins. Place a flat spoon of apples. Cover with batter.
  • Bake at 170ºC, without air circulation, for about 20-30 minutes. Over cooled muffins pour over caramel and garnish with peanuts
