Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef for cubes stew
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 8 dried tomatoes with chopped pickle
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, peeled , cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons of tagine paste
  • 125 ml dry red wine
  • 6 pieces of small peppers

Spices used

  • salt pepper
  • granulated garlic
  • cumin
  • smoked paprika
  • turmeric

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Fry the beef in a hot pan. Fry on each side so that the meat inside is juicy. Reduce heat and add onions. Simmer together for about 10 minutes and pour wine. Simmer another 10 min through covers. Then add dried and fresh tomatoes and peppers. Season with spices and tagine paste. Stew until soft, covered.
