For broad bean filling

  • 500 gr of boiled broad bean no skin
  • 1/2 bunch of chives with onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 50 ml of sour cream
  • 50 gr of feta cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

For chicken breast

  • 2 single chicken breasts (each about 200 g)
  • broad bean paste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 pieces of dried tomatoes in oil
  • 8 slices of dried Parma ham

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For broad bean filling

  • Squeeze the small green beans from their skins and discard the skins. In a blender place sliced ​​chives, garlic, onions, and broad bean.
  • Blend broad bean with cream, and add crushed feta. Season with salt and pepper.

For chicken breast

  • Rinse chicken breasts and dry with a paper towel. Spread flat on the counter. Break it flat. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, both outside and inside.
  • Spread the bean paste and arrange the dried tomatoes on the breast.
  • Put a small baking tray on top of the heated oven, on which the chicken will be baked. Heat it for about 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Roll the meat in a roll and wrap in slices of ham
  • Remove the baking tray from the oven, spread a tablespoon of olive oil on it and place the chicken rolls in this place. Pour them over the rest of the oil and put in the oven for about 25 minutes. Cut into 2 – 3 cm slices. Serve according to ordination
