Chicken breast stuffed with zucchini and carrots. Chicken breast with a delicious vegetable filling, wrapped in Parma ham and baked in the oven. Breast served with potato salad.

Składniki / Ingredients:

For chicken breast

  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 larger cooked carrot sliced
  • sweet paprika powder
  • granulated garlic
  • cumin
  • nutmeg
  • 6 slices of Parma ham

For a salad

  • 6 small boiled potatoes halved
  • 100 g cooked and peeled broad beans
  • 1 stalk of diced celery
  • 1/2 diced avocado
  • lettuce torn into smaller pieces
  • mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For chicken breast

  • Wash and cut breasts to obtain a flat piece of meat. Season with spices. Put zucchini and carrot slices on top. Close. Wrap each breast in three slices of Parma ham. Place the breasts wrapped in ham in an ovenproof dish. Put in the oven preheated to 180 C and bake for about 40 minutes.

For a salad

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
  • Serve the salad with breast filled with zucchini and carrots.
