For spinach

  • 500 grams of baby spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 100 grams of blue cheese crushed
  • butter

For the chicken breast:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper taste
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

For pear

  • 1 large hard pear sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons of chili
  • ¼ of a teaspoon of cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • a handful of pecan nuts

For spinach

  • Rinse and dry spinach. Dissolve a large spoonful of butter in a frying pan. Add the garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes and add spinach. Stir with a wooden spoon to evaporate excess liquid. At the end of evaporation, add blue cheese, the more intense the flavor, the better. Stir for a few minutes. The cheese should dissolve and combine with spinach to create a sauce. Do not allow spinach to stick to the pan.

For the chicken breast:

  • Wash the chicken breasts and dry them. Season with spices. Rub with olive oil and soy sauce. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour
  • Heat the oven to 180 ° In a casserole, put the fillets together with the marinade and bake for about 25 minutes, in the meantime turning over to the other side

For pear

  • Cut the pear lengthwise into six pieces. Melt butter in a pan, add sugar, maple syrup and spices. Mix. Spread the pieces of pears on the dissolved sugar and fry on each side for 2 minutes.
