Chicken korma

  • 750 gr of chicken breast
  • 500 ml stock
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 pods green cardamom –
  • 3 pods cloves –
  • 60 gr white onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 110 grams tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric –
  • 1 teaspoon red chili
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 70 gr Single cream
  • 50 ml milk

For pizza dough

  • 4 glasses of bread flour
  • 1.5 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon of instant yeast or 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • oil

Additionally

  • 2 balls of mozzarella cheese

Chicken korma

  • Take a saucepan, add 750 grams chicken breast, 500 milliliters stock and cover it with lid. Cook until done. Shred the chicken with the help of a fork and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, add 1 cinnamon stick, 3 pods green cardamom, 3 pods cloves and stir well. Then, add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color. Add 1 teaspoon ginger paste and mix it well. Now, add 110 grams tomato puree and mix it well. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric and stir well. Add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Then, add 70 grams of single cream and mix it again. Cook for 3 – 5 minutes on medium heat. Add 50 milliliters milk and stir well. Now, add the shredded chicken and mix it well.

For pizza dough

  • Mix all the ingredients, knead to form a flexible dough. Put it into a bowl and cloth. Leave to rise for about 60 minutes. It should double its volume.
  • Pull out of the bowl, divide into two parts. Using a roller or hands, form two pieces.

For pizza

  • 30 minutes before baking pizza, set the oven to the highest temperature (260-270 degree) Spread pizza dough with chicken korma. Place the sliced ​​mozzarella. Put in the preheated oven on the lowest shelf and bake about 10-15 minutes.
