⦁ 3 eggs
⦁ 1 cup of sugar (250 g )
⦁ 250 ml sour cream
⦁ 125 ml of oil
⦁ 500 gram plain flour
⦁ 2 teaspoons of baking powder
⦁ juice of 1 lemon
⦁ 1/2 tablespoon of potato starch or custard powder
⦁ 4 pears, cored and halved
⦁ 200 gr almond creme
Before use, place the creme in a bowl of hot water to get a pouring consistency.
Whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and oil. Beat with an electric mixer to combine the ingredients. Add flour and baking powder in four parts. In the end, add lemon juice.
Dry the pears with a paper towel and sprinkle with potato flour.
Spread the batter in a springform pan with a diameter of about 24 cm. Arrange pears upside down and gently press into the batter. Bake for about 45-60 min in the oven preheated to 180 C. Pour almond creme over the cake
