Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 800 g of cod fillets
  • 1 white roll soaked in milk and drained
  • 6 pieces of dried tomatoes from oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • frying oil

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Cut the fish into smaller pieces. Put the drained roll, dried tomatoes, and parsley in the blender. Mix to a smooth pulp. Add fish and mix only for a moment to make the fish combine with the mass. Season with salt and pepper. Form the fishcakes. Soak in a beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry on moderate heat until browned. Serve with any fixings. I served with mashed sweet potatoes and grated beetroots combined with mayo.
