For plum sauce
- 20 prunes
- 1 onion diced

- 1/4 teaspoon chili cayenne pepper
- 2-3 drops of chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 125 ml red wine
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon of clarified butter
For plum salsa
- few plums diced
- few strawberries diced
- 1/2 mango diced
- 1 diced celery stalk
- fresh chopped parsley
- fresh thyme
- fig balsamic vinegar to taste
- salt optional
- pepper optional
- brown sugar optional
For cod
- 2 cod fillets
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- ginger
- 2 sprigs of dill

For plum sauce
- Put the onions and prunes into a saucepan with clarified butter. Simmer until the ingredients are overcooked and fall apart. Add red wine. Add garlic. Season the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Blend the sauce to combine the ingredients
For plum salsa
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and brown sugar. Pour balsamic vinegar.
For cod
- Preheat the oven to around 180 ° Wash the fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Rub the fillets with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with ginger.
