For salad

  • Mix of salads
  • 1 bunch of cooked asparagus
  • 1 pear washed (sliced)
  • 300 grams of artichokes from cans fried on butter
  • 50 grams of crushed blue cheese
  • fresh parsley finely choped
  • 4 figs cut into slices
  • a handful of pecan nuts crushed
  • a handful pomegranate seeds
  • salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg

For blue cheese sauce

  • 100 grams of blue cheese
  • 50 ml of single cream
  • pepper

For fish

  • 2 fillets of Coley
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme
  • ginger
  • dill

For salad

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix

For blue cheese sauce

  • In a small saucepan, dissolve the cream and of the cheese, taking care not to burn. Set aside to cool. Sprinkle salad with blue cheese sauce

For fish
