Składniki / Ingredients:

For cheese filling

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 400 g Philadelphia cheese
  • 2 teaspoons custard powder

For yeast dough

  • 550 g plain flour
  • 15 g dry yeast or 30 g fresh yeast
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 250 g milk
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 75 g butter (melted)

Additionally:

  • 300 g frozen berries
  • 1 beaten egg with 1 tablespoon of milk (for spreading)

For cheese filling

  • Mix all ingredients to combine ingredients

For yeast dough

  • Mix flour with dry yeast (make fresh with the first solution). Add the remaining ingredients. Knead and add melted fat at the end. Knead the dough until it is soft and flexible. Make a ball out of the dough, place in a flour-sprinkled bowl, set aside in a warm place, covered with a kitchen towel, to double in volume (it will take about 1.5 hours).
  • Cover two baking sheets with baking paper.
  • Place the risen dough on a dusted countertop. Lightly form, divide into 12 equal parts. Place buns on gills at large intervals. Cover with a kitchen towel, let stand for about 40 minutes to rise again. After this time, make a glass cavity in each roll with a small bottom, almost to the very sheet, put cheese filling on it and sprinkle with berries on top. Brush the dough with beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of milk
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 200ºC. Remove, cool on a wire rack.
  • Decorate as desired. For me it is icing, crushed meringues and freeze-dried raspberry

Method for bread users machine

  • Place all ingredients for the dough in the machine in order: liquid, loose, finally dry yeast. Set the dough kneading and dough program (about 1.5 hours), then remove the dough, knead briefly and form rolls.
