For chicken breast

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

For green pea gnocchi

  • 400 g mushy peas
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g plain flour + 50 for dusting
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed through
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For green peas

  • 100 g cooked green peas
  • 100 g cooked edamame beans
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 3 tablespoons of crumbled spelling
  • Herbes de Provence to taste
  • salt pepper

For the chicken breast

  • Wash the chicken breasts and dry them. Season with spices. Rub with olive oil and soy sauce. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour

For green pea gnocchi

  • Place mushy peas in a bowl, add egg, flour, salt and garlic. Combine together
  • Transfer to a dusted top. Form the rollers and cut them into gnocchi
  • Boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

For green peas

  • In a frying pan, put the beans and green peas on the hot butter. Add garlic. Fry for two minutes. Add Herbes de Provence. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the crushed pistachios and mix.
