Mushroom burgers. Very tasty mushroom, potatoes ans nuts burgers. Could be served with salad or buckwheat risotto.

Składniki / Ingredients:
- 3 medium-sized potatoes cooked and squeezed by a press
- 250 g cubed mushrooms
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 50 g dried mushrooms
- a handful of crushed pecans
- salt pepper
- 2 beaten eggs
- oil and butter for frying
- breadcrumbs to cut the chops
Sposób wykonania / Instructions:
- Pour boiling water over dried mushrooms and set aside for the night. Then put the pot with mushrooms on gas and cook for about 20 minutes. Strain and cool. Cut very finely
- Fry the onions and mushrooms until golden in a few tablespoons of oil.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes, boiled dried mushrooms, mushrooms with onions and nuts. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip in a beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown
