Składniki / Ingredients:

For salmon

  • 200 grams of salmon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • rosemary

For cheese sauce:

  • 100 grams of blue cheese
  • 50 ml of single cream

For a salad

  • lettuce
  • 1 baked beetroot cut into cubes
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1 stalk of celery cut into cubes
  • pomegranate seeds
  • few radishes cut into slices
  • salt
  • pepper


  • crushed pistachios

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For salmon

  • Wash the salmon, dry and season with salt, pepper, rosemary. Drizzle with lemon. , place the salmon on a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

For cheese sauce:

  • In a small saucepan, dissolve the cream and the cheese, taking care not to burn. Set aside to cool.

For a salad

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cheese sauce and serve with salmon.
