Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts (500g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 grams of pistachios
  • 75 grams of dried cranberries
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet pepper
  • ginger
  • ground cumin
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Raw chicken breast and onions grind in a meat grinder, add eggs and season. Add garlic. Add dried cranberries and pistachios. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread on the food foil Wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 40 minutes.
