Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 100 gr of cooked pasta
  • 100 gr of cooked canellini beans
  • bunch of cooked asparagus cut into pieces
  • 200 grams of pumpkin cut into cubes and baked in the oven
  • 100 ml of double cream
  • a handful of chopped tomatoes in half
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Spices to taste:
  • coriander
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • thyme
  • grounded mustard seeds
  • turmeric
  • 2 Cod fillet
  • 4 garlic cloves squeezed
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp olive
  • To taste :
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme
  • ginger

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Place the beans and tomatoes in a oil heated on frying pan. Fry for a few minutes. Then add the pasta. Mix. Simmer together on medium heat for a few minutes. Add spices.
