Pasta with olive tapenade

Pasta with olive tapenade. A few days ago I made a black olive tapenade, with the addition of parmesan cheese. It worked great as a sandwich spread. This time I used for dinner. I mixed the tapenade with boiled linguine pasta and served it with cod. A quick dish to do and delicious.

Składniki / Ingredients:

For olive paste

  • 150 g of black seedless olives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • a large pinch of chili powder
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

For pasta

  • 100 gr of cooked linguine pasta
  • a handful of fresh green peas
  • a handful of freshly chopped parsley
  • a handful of parmesan flakes
  • olive paste optional

For Cod

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • dried thyme
  • granulated ginger

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For olive paste

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix it into a smooth mixture.

For pasta

  • Mix the cooked pasta with olive paste, chopped parsley, and peas. Before serving, sprinkle with parmesan cheese

For cod

  • Heat the oven to approximately 180 ° Wash the fish fillets and dry with a paper towel. Crush cloves of garlic and squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with the rest of the spices. Then fry in a pan.
