Smoked salmon mousse

  • 275 grams of smoked salmon
  • 250 ml of single cream
  • 220 grams of goat cream cheese
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 peeled cucumber without grains and skin (diced)
  • a handful of chopped chives
  • pepper to taste

For the sauce

  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • 2 limes
  • fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of liquid honey
  • salt


  • 225 grams of smoked salmon
  • pomegranate seeds
  • feta

For the smoked salmon mousse

  • Place the salmon, cream and goat cheese in the blender. Add chives and 3/4 cucumber. Mix.

For the sauce

  • In a bowl, mix lime juice, sour cream, salt, and honey


  • In small molds with foil and place slices of smoked salmon. Fill with mousse. Cover the mousse with smoked salmon. Use foil to tie them up. Put in the fridge to cool.
  • Serve the salmon with sauce, coriander, lime, feta and pomegranate seeds and the rest of the cucumber.
