Mushroom spread

Mushroom spread. easy, quick to prepare and very tasty. Mushroom, cottage cheese and chickpeas spread.

Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 500 g mushrooms (cubed)
  • 200 g of semi-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • salt pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • a handful of finely chopped dill

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Fry the onions until golden. Separately, fry the mushrooms. Put all ingredients in a blender and crush into sandwich paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with dill before serving
