Składniki / Ingredients:

For donuts

  • 500 g cream cheese philadelphia
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream 18%
  • 6 tablespoons of fine sugar for baking
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 – 2.5 glasses of plain flour
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa

Cream cheese topping

  • 45 g butter
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 150 g philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 – 4 tablespoons of milk


  • 3/4 packaging of crumbled Oreo cookies

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead until a soft, non-sticky dough. To start with, pour two glasses of flour. If necessary, if the cake will be very sticky, add more. A smaller amount of flour will give us more delicate, more fluffy donuts.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut the donuts with two different molds. Repeat the operation until the dough is gone.
  • Fry donuts on a deep and heated oil with a temperature of about 175ºC. Fry for about 1.5 minutes on each side. Dry on a paper towel. Cooled cover with icing and sprinkle with oreo crumble.

Cream cheese topping

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature.
  • Mix the butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and beat, until smooth. Slowly add the milk to the beaten mass, stirring constantly, until a slightly liquid coating is formed.


  • Cooled donuts dip in a creamy topping to half a donut, then sprinkle with crumbled oreo biscuits
