Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 250 g prawns
  • 8 scallops
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 3 lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 1- liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 200 g of frozen green peas
  • 100 g Udon noodles
  • 1 bunch of coriander

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Heat the oil in a large pot. Put chopped shallots, garlic, and white, soft lemongrass on the hot oil. Fry for about 1 minute. Then add the curry paste and milk coconut milk. Mix well. Once the paste is dissolved, add the broth, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil, add prawns and scallops. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire. In a separate pot, cook green peas. Cook the noodles according to the recipe on the packaging. Add green peas and chopped coriander to the soup. Serve in a bowl with noodles
