White bean sandwich paste

White bean sandwich paste. Occasionally, at home, I buy ham for sandwiches. However, something must be eaten. That’s why I made bean paste, from a recipe found on one of the culinary blogs. It is so tasty and well seasoned. A healthy and delicious alternative to meat.

Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots washed with a brush, cut into larger pieces
  • 3 peeled parsley cut into larger pieces
  • 1 leek sliced
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 celery peeled, cut into larger pieces
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans of white beans drained of water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • pinch of roman cumin
  • pinch of nutmeg

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Arrange the carrots, parsley and celery on the baking tray. Drizzle with 50 ml of olive oil. Put in the oven preheated to 200 C for about 60-70 min. In the meantime, fry the leek on the remaining 50 ml of oil. Cool the vegetables and put them in a blender. Add beans and leek with fat and parsley. Blend. Season to taste
