Zucchini pate

Zucchini pate. Grated zucchini with the addition of carrots, onions and semolina. It looks nice and tastes great with fresh bread. A tasty alternative for those who don’t eat meat.

Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 700 gr of grated zucchini
  • 3 small carrots grated
  • 2 medium onions cut into cubes and fried
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 3/4 glass semolina
  • 1/3 glass of oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chopped dill or parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Sprinkle zucchini with salt and let it sit for a 15 min. After this time, well squeeze out of the excess liquid. Combine zucchini with the grated carrot and fried onion. Add garlic. Then add oil, eggs and semolina. Add chopped dill or parsley. Mix and transfer to a loaf form (25 cm x12 cm). Line loaf tin with a long strip of baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour. Before getting out of form completely cool down. Cut the slices into cold.
