Składniki / Ingredients:

For meatballs

  • 500 g salmon flakes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 glass of oat flakes
  • ½ cup chopped dill
  • salt and pepper on taste
  • Oil

For the sauce

  • 500 ml single cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or oil
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • a handful of parsley (finely chopped)

For meatballs

  • Rinse the fish, wipe with a paper towel. Grind without skin in a meat grinder. Then grind the onions
  • In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, oatmeal and onions. Season to taste with salt, ground black or white pepper and chopped dill. Make fish mass. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes

For the sauce

  • Glaze the onion in oil. Add cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic and parsley. Boil. Finally add meatballs
