Roast pepper pesto. I love red peppers. Here,I used to make pesto. Can be spread with fresh, homemade, crunchy bread or served with pasta

Składniki / Ingredients:

Pepper Pesto

  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 orange peppers
  • 120 g of pine nuts
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • a handful of grated parmesan cheese

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Peppers cut into half. Remove the seeds. Then cut into quarters. Lubricate them with oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, on a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20 minutes.
  • Blend together the peppers, nuts, garlic, parmesan, and oil into a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper
