Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetcorn drained
  • 1 can of red beans drained
  • 2 red peppers (diced)
  • 50 g diced gouda cheese
  • 3 slices of diced pineapple
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1/2 red onion cut into feathers
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce (chopped into pieces)
  • a handful of chopped fresh parsley
  • For the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt
  • pepper

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients of the salad and combine with the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper
