Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin (diced and baked)
  • 6 diced vine riped tomatoes
  • 6 dried tomatoes cut into strips
  • a handful of chopped pecans
  • 2 handfuls of kale blanched
  • a handful of black pitted olives chopped
  • 2 cubed orange peppers
  • a handful of finely chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbes de Provence
  • juice of 1 lemon

  • Mix all vegetables in a bowl and season to taste
