Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of prawns
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 50 grams of dried cranberries soaked in hot water
  • 1 bunch of asparagus cooked and sliced
  • 1 sweet potato, baked and diced
  • a handful of crumbled pecans
  • 1 pear cut into a thicker cube
  • 100 gr green fresh peas
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oil
  • pistachio pesto optional

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Fry the shrimp and garlic in a pan overheated oil. Fry for about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan. Add kale to the pan. Fry, add water and saute until it softens, season with salt and pepper. Let to cool. Put in the bowl. Combine with sweet potato and pear. Add shrimps, asparagus, peas, and cranberries. Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled pecans and sprinkle with pistachio pesto.
