Mascarpone roulade with blueberries. Simple to make and very tasty. Filled with blueberry jam and fresh blueberries.

Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups sponge flour
  • 2 yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 spoons of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 250 g fresh blueberries
  • Additionally
  • icing (sour cream plus icing sugar)
  • a handful of fresh blueberries for decoration

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Knead all the ingredients and roll them out on a sprinkled with flour countertop into a rectangle. Be careful not to roll out too thinly. Spread the blueberry jam and Arrange blueberries on the top. Roll into a roulade. Transfer to baking paper. Brush with beaten whites. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 45-50 min
  • Advice from me. As I baked the first time, the cake spread apart. The second time, on both sides of the cake I placed ceramic molds, which allowed me to keep the form of the roulade.
