Składniki / Ingredients:

For salad

  • 1/4 shredded head of red cabbage
  • 1/2 leek finely chopped
  • 2 apples peeled and cut into bars
  • 1 carrot grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • mustard

For tuna

  • 2 tuna fillets 100 g each
  • sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying or oil

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For salad

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add mayonnaise and optional mustard. Mix.

For tuna

  • Season the tuna fillets with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover with oil on both sides. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve tuna with red cabbage salad.
  • I also served with sweet potato puree.
