White buckwheat with fish

White buckwheat with curd and fish. A delicious combination of my favorite buckwheat with Philadelphia cheese, fried onions, and apple. All these additions and spices make the buckwheat very aromatic. Served with cod.

For buckwheat

  • 1 cup of boiled buckwheat
  • salt and black pepper
  • cumin powder
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 apples cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 juniper seeds
  • 2 allspice
  • 40 g rapeseed oil
  • 250 g boiled white beans
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried marjoram
  • salt and black pepper


  • 250 grams of Philadelphia cheese

For cod

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme
  • ginger
  • dill

Additionally :

  • blue cheese
  • green peas
  • an avocado

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For buckwheat

  • Combine Cooked white buckwheat with spices.
  • Put the oil in the pan and add chopped onion and apple. Add spices (bay leaf, juniper, and allspicand brown sugar. Fry for a few minutes. Remove the spice grains and bay leaf.
  • Put the beans, soy sauce, thyme, marjoram, fresh parsley and spices into the blender dish. Mix to get a paste. Add onion with apples and buckwheat and mix thoroughly. Then mix with Philadelphia cheese.

For Cod

  • Heat the oven to approximately 180 ° Wash the fish fillets and dry with a paper towel. Crush cloves of garlic and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with the rest of the spices. Then coat the aluminum foil with olive oil. Put a fish in the foil and wrap it well. Bake for about 30 minutes.
