  • 4 glasses of bread flour
  • 1.5 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon of instant yeast or 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

For pizza sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 leek white part finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 cup of single cream
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh herbs e.g. 2-3 tablespoons of chopped parsley, oregano or thyme


  • 2 balls of mozzarella cheese

For pizza sauce
