Place the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar. Beat to smooth, fluffy mixture. Add oil. Mix to combine ingredients. Then add cocoa and baking powder. Blend. Add sour cream and flour. Combine well. Finally, stir in the chopped apples. Mix and pour into a 24 cm cake tin. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 55-60 minutes - to a dry stick.
Melt the chocolate with condensed milk and rum by steaming (in a water bath). Stir to get smooth glaze. If the glaze is too thick add milk. Pour the cooled glaze on the top of cake
