Alsatian flatbread with mushrooms

Alsatian flatbread with mushrooms. One of the best things I have eaten recently. I love the combination of chestnut mushrooms and eggs. Simple and very tasty.

Składniki / Ingredients:

For dough

  • 2 cups of bread flour
  • 3/4 glass of water
  • 3/4 teaspoon of instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • oil

For a flatbread

  • 20 g butter
  • 1 leek sliced
  • 400 g dark mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons of single cream
  • few radishes cut into slices
  • orange pepper cut into strips
  • fresh spring onion chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For dough

  • Mix all the ingredients, knead to form a flexible dough. Put it into a bowl and cloth. Leave to rise for about 60 minutes. It should double its volume.
  • Pull out of the bowl, divide into two parts. Using a roller or hands, form two pieces.

For a flatbread

  • Fry the mushrooms in hot butter. Add the leek and simmer together a few minutes undercover, mix occasionally. In the end, add the cream.
  • Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Put the dough on a scattered top. Using a roller make a round pizza shape. On the top spread leek and mushrooms filling. Bake for about 10 minutes. Pull it out of the oven. Brake the eggs and arrange them on the dough. Then add the peppers. Bake another few minutes (about 6) until the eggs are shed. After removing, add radish and spring onions.
