Składniki / Ingredients:

For asparagus

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus

For shrimp

  • 250 g larger shrimps
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • two tablespoons of butter
  • 1 chili pepper (finely chopped

For honey dressing

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of honey
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • A handful of lettuce mix
  • Ok. 10 large strawberries
  • goat cheese crushed optional
  • crushed pistachios

For asparagus

  • Asparagus should first be washed and dried. Green asparagus does not require peeling. Just cut off the woody ends. It is most likely to cut about 1/3 asparagus from below. Cook asparagus in salted water, with a pinch of sugar. You can also add some butter. Cook asparagus under cover, over medium heat. Cook about 10 minutes,

For shrimp

  • Frozen shrimps thaw in lukewarm water. (about 15 minutes). Peel off the skin and tear head off. Cut along the torso and remove the black thread (intestine). Leave the shrimp tails. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Cleaned it is enough to rinse and dry thoroughly. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and fry for half a minute. Add shrimp and chili, fry for one minute on both sides.

For honey dressing

  • Combine all ingredients together. Gently sprinkle the dressing over the salad.

How to serve

  • Asparagus served with shrimps, topped with olive frying fat. Add lettuce leaves, strawberries, goat cheese and sprinkle with honey dressing. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
