Składniki / Ingredients:

Cherry and avocado salad

  • 150 g sweet cherries (cut and cut in half)
  • 1/4 of red onion cut in crescents
  • 1 avocado (ripe, cubed)
  • a handful of stamped parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp pistachios crushed
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper
  • salt and black pepper

For salmon

  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 3 teaspoons of French mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 lemon
  • salt pepper

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For salad

  • Toast pistachios in a hot, frying pan, and leave to cool when it smells intensively.
  • Pour all ingredients into a bowl, add lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Finally add pistachios.

For salmon

  • Mix mustard with honey, lemon, salt and feathers. Wash salmon fillets, dry, rub with marinade and set aside for a minimum of 20 minutes. Transfer the salmon to an ovenproof dish, bake at 20
