For the chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

For vegetable stew with pasta

  • 100 g of cooked pennoni rigati pasta
  • 300 g of baby spinach

  • 3 dried tomatoes cut into smaller pieces
  • 200 g of canned chickpeas
  • a handful of black olives
  • 100 ml of single cream

For the chicken breast
