Składniki / Ingredients:

For chicken

  • 500 g chicken thigh (300 g meat without skin and bones)

For marinade

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar

For couscous

  • 250 g – couscous
  • 1/2 leek (cut into slices)
  • a bunch of asparagus cut into smaller pieces
  • 100 g string beans
  • 100 g green peas
  • 3 handfuls of cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

For chicken

  • Cut the meat into smaller pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Put meat in marinade and let stand for 2 hours. After this time, place everything in an ovenproof dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 40 minutes.

For couscous

  • Pour boiling wate over the couscous and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Place the olive oil in a hot frying pan, add leek and garlic and fry until tender. At the end, add spinach. In the meantime, cook the green vegetables, drain. Mix couscous with vegetables, season to taste with spices. Serve with chicken
