Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 3 pears peeled (hollowed out and cut in half)
  • 6 Lindt chocolate balls
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • lemon juice
  • brown sugar optional

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Cut the top of the pears with a knife. Insert a chocolate ball in the centre of each half. Arrange on puff pastry and cut a pear shape on it. Sprinkle the tops of pears with lemon juice and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes. They taste best when served with ice cream
