Pepper paste spread

Pepper paste spread. Some time ago I was making pepper pesto. With the addition of parmesan and pine nuts. It was delicious. So delicious that I decided to make another paste of pepper. Pepper stewed over low heat with garlic and spices. Intense taste and beautiful color. I recommend with fresh bread.

Składniki / Ingredients:

  • 6 – 9 peppers mix of colors (red, orange, yellow)
  • 3 cloves of garlic squeezed through the press
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet pepper
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Sposób wykonania / Instructions:

  • Wash the pepper and dry thoroughly. In a large pot of hot oil, put the peppers and fry until slightly browned. Add garlic. Lower the fire and simmer under cover for about 45 minutes. Add salt, pepper, sweet pepper. Simmer all the time over low heat, stirring regularly until a thick paste
